WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? | ||||||||||||||||||||
Once you have placed an order, you have the availability of checking its status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If you have chosen a tracked shipping option this email will contain your tracking information. | ||||||||||||||||||||
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? | ||||||||||||||||||||
Orders will be shipped within 2 days of purchase. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST through Sunday will be shipped the following business day (Monday). You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Please note, no orders will be shipped on National Holidays. HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? | ||||||||||||||||||||
We will send you an e-mail with your shipping confirmation. If applicable we will then also send you your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online once your order has been shipped. | ||||||||||||||||||||
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? | ||||||||||||||||||||
Yes! We love international customers and offer international shipping with our shipping partner NZ POST. We hope our shipping rates are competitive and if you order more than one item, shipping will be free! Once you are ready to check out, just click the “International Shipping” button on the first page of checkout. You will move through the process as normal and your order will be on it’s way. For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Daughters of Neverland will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Daughters of Neverland, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. |

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? |
A happy customer is our primary goal! Daughters of Neverland gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with packaging intact and a copy of your packing slip within 21 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. Please note: For a full refund, returns must be received at our business address within 21 days of your original date of receipt. **All sale merchandise is final.To Exchange: Please return your full priced item within 21 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online where your account will have been credited after receipt of your returned item. Please note that if you order before your return has arrived we cannot credit your purchase yet.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE? |
Complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment or request a return online. Securely repackage your item. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Daughters of Neverland does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED? |
Once your item has been received by us your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of your package’s arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
